Problem Statement

The escalating use of private vehicles in urban areas, driven by rapid economic and population growth, has elevated vehicle parking to a primary concern. In their busy lifestyles, people are unwilling to spend even a minute grappling to secure a reliable and safe parking spot.

Challenges

6:5 (Cars : Spots)

Ratio of private vehicles to the number of parking slots available in a particular area is too high to match the conditions.

Lack of trust

People hesitate to park their vehicles in some shady or new ares, because of the risk of getting stollen, accidents, traffic violation tickets, etc.

Fake Parkings

Individuals fall victim to scams where impostors pose as legitimate parking attendants, assuring vehicle security and presenting unauthorized spots as registered, often providing counterfeit parking tickets.

Human Behaviour

People typically aren't anticipated to invest minutes in searching and reserving a parking spot before departure. Plans can be abrupt, and individuals might desire to secure parking slots on the go.

Booking Conflict

Suppose Gary reserved slot "A" from 12:00 to 3:00 but arrived at 2:00, only to discover his booked spot allocated to another vehicle. This kind of issue needs to be addressed as well.
