I did online survey using Google form to get to know out target audience. i.e. all fresher & professional machinists.

of users are Machinists who are new to this machining world and are either looking for jobs or want to up skill themself.

of users are professional machinists who want an easy support guide for their machines which they use in their day-to-day life.

Managers or supervisors who want to keep track of their factory machines and look after their warranty or tech-support.
Pain Points
These insights are obtained after conducting thorough qualitative & quantitative research.
These are few pain points faced by the machinists.
Job hunting
Most of the machinists fail to find suitable jobs on online job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, master, etc. Since they are not dedicated platforms to find machinist jobs.
No dedicated support
Many industries have 10+ number of CNC machines in their factory and it gets tedious task for them to manage all machines, look out for their support, and find spare parts/ accessories.
Upskilling
Most freshers who are aspiring to be good machinists are not getting enough exposure since there are no dedicated platform to teach machine related courses.
